It is perfectly located for those wishing to explore the beautiful countryside and mountains of the Cairngorms, enjoy outdoor sports or photography, or just relax in tranquil surroundings.
The accommodation, which is all on one level, consists of two good-sized bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. The cottage has a bright and comfortable lounge with dining area and a wood burning stove, perfect for cosy evenings in winter.
Windows overlook the garden and beyond to the hills of Upper Deeside and the River Dee.
There is a well-equipped kitchen and a light and roomy bathroom with electric shower. Birchwood Cottage has electric panel heating throughout plus a plentiful supply of logs for the stove.
There is off street parking alongside the cottage and in good weather guests can enjoy the outdoor patio area and garden.
